Our First Tenant
Arencibia was founded in 1986 as a part of the Ben Franklin Technology Partnership in PA and their First Argon & Helium Recycle Systems launched in 1989. They currently have their East Coast HQ in Coopersburg, PA and West Coast office in Denver, CO., and have over 150 years of operating history across all systems.
Use of low-cost, high-availability resources, use of technology, and ability to mitigate supply uncertainty make Arencibia significantly valuable. The company also helps generate a substantial carbon and energy footprint reduction.
